PDQ stands for Performance, Dependability, and Quality. It also means Pretty Damn Quick. Both phrases apply to to the PDQ 36. Built with Canadian craftsmanship in Whitby, Ontario, the model was designed as a capable holiday boat and long-term cruiser. Most of the examples of this boat have migrated to the Caribbean, and they are not seen often in the Great Lakes.

The PDQ36 model provides an airy interior, easy entertaining, and comfortable sailing. She is easy to single-hand, and perfect for family cruising or a group holiday. The boat is built with solid fibreglass hulls, and a cored deck. The boom rides on a traveller safely overhead. Watertight compartments fore and aft on each hull provide emergency buoyancy and crash protection. As the instruction manual notes, you would have to be a careless sailor indeed to capsize one of these.

Tanks: Water (50 gal), Gasoline (44 gal) and Black water (35 gal)
