We offer file upload capabilities to our clients on an as-needed basis.
You will need a special access client that knows how to speak the sftp protocol. Plain old, non-secure ftp will not work.
We recommend winscp for Windows, and Cyberduck for the Mac.
Connection options are as follows:
- host
- tinyplanet.ca
- username and password
- as provided
- remote directory
- blank
Upon connecting successfully, you will be placed into your home directory on our server. You should be able to drill down through shortcuts in your home directory to your web server's document root.
