Email configuration
You may want to reconfigure your email client to present your messages as coming from your forwarded address, as opposed to, say, your sympatico.ca or rogers.com account.
Instructions for that are available all over the Internet.

Webmail
We also offer access to e-mail through our webmail service. Your credentials are the same as for the above.
Policy
Unsolicited mail. We take complaints of unsolicited or unwelcome email very seriously, since getting blacklisted would affect our business and those of our clients. We will suspend, and probably terminate, your hosting contract if you send spam, or otherwise don't exercise care in how you market your stuff.
Storage space. Please configure your e-mail client so that it does not leave messages on our server forever. We will delete excessive email, after a warning.
