Since Etch is now released with full amd64 support, there is no useful
reason to keep around the sarge update images anymore, so to save
diskspace I am removing them.

If someone has a reason for wanting to use the unofficial sarge for amd64
still, then I imagine the images which were better and more up to date are
still going to be available at http://kmuto.jp/debian/d-i/ for a while.
